Hi girls! I just thought I’d hop on and write a little update since I’ve got a minute. I hope you all are hanging in there through this odd time in the history of the world. We’ll get through it, I know we will. I’m excited for the future wether that means the world falls apart and we get to go Home everything goes back to normal and we get to live the life we did before Covid-19. however it s a good way to start fresh, good habits!
Today, April 10th, marks a couple things. First, it’s Good Friday. This is the day we take to remember the cross and our Savior’s death and sacrifice so that we can be saved. I don’t know about where you live, but today is a beautiful, warm, sunny day outside. With the stay home orders in place my whole family is home. (I am the only one who works away from home, and I get today off) I’m very happy.
Today is also National sibling day, and that means, make time for your siblings! I have three younger sisters, and I love them to bits! I’m really very blessed to live with three of my best friends and I’m honestly very thankful that we grew up together, homeschooled, so this whole social distancing thing, stuck in the house together, is not that much of a challenge for us. We get to spend more time with eachother. 😀
And today is the first day of editing Playgrounds and Black Markers. For Camp Nano of April, I finally finished typing up all 175,026 words of my sequel novel. It’s long and I’m so excited to be getting started on the editing process. As early as it is in the process, I’ve got a publishing date in mind and in order to accomplish it I would have to work really hard for the next few months. And I’m not upset about it. Playgrounds and Black Markers is going to be my second book after all! I’ll post again soon, telling a little more about the book itself.
For now, I just wanted to say, stay safe, stay healthy, stay happy! This is a great time to build relationships with your God and family. If you are in need of anything, or have prayer requests, feel free to contact me via my Contact Me page.

I always loved being at home with my siblings, too! Sadly they’ve all moved out now, so during all this I haven’t really been seeing them much. But we’ve been sending each other memes pretty much every day. xD
Ooh, good luck with finishing your book! You’ve got this!
